Atelier’s Alley pieces are handcrafted with care and precision. Because many of our designs are made to order, shipping times may vary by product.

Processing Time

  • Made-to-order and custom pieces typically require 1-4 weeks for production before shipping.

  • Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2-5 business days.

  • Estimated timelines are listed on each product page.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped fully insured via a trusted carrier.

  • Signature confirmation is required on delivery for security purposes.

  • Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Risk of Loss

  • Atelier’s Alley is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the order has been shipped.

  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
